We aim to ship orders within 5 working days, stock permitting. If stock is not available, unless you don't mind waiting, you will be offered a substitute or a refund. All items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed for, Special Delivery or FedEx, depending on weight and value of the items. All items will require a signature upon delivery so please provide an address where someone will be present to take receipt of the parcel.

One flat delivery rate of £4.00

Under the Distance Selling Regulation, you are entitled to a cooling off period so you can cancel your order for a refund. You must submit your cancellation in writing, by post or email within 7 days of receiving your order. If your order was already shipped, please understand that postage costs will not be refunded.

We will accept returns under the Distance Selling Regulation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must inform us, in writing, by post or email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the cost of the items, provided they have been carefully packaged and they reach us intact, unused and in a resellable condition. We recommend that you send your returns by Recorded Mail or Special Delivery, obtain and retain a postage certificate as proof of postage as we will only issue a refund once we have received the item and we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen in the post. In such event, you will be responsible for filing a claim with Royal Mail. With the exception of faulty items, we regret to be unable to refund any postage costs.

For Health reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings unless they are faulty.

Faulty items:
In case of faulty items, please send us the faulty item and we will issue a replacement where possible. We will also cover all shipping costs.

Damaged items:
Rock'N'Rouge cannot accept returns of items which were damaged due to any form of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, neither will we be responsible for damage caused in transit.
